The CMT5000 portal microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine is a new type of material testing machine that combines electronic technology with mechanical transmission. It has a wide and accurate loading speed and force measurement range, and has high accuracy and sensitivity in measuring and controlling load, deformation, and displacement. It can also perform automatic control tests for constant velocity loading, constant velocity deformation, and constant velocity displacement, and has functions of low cycle load cycle, deformation cycle, and displacement cycle.
This series of models is mainly suitable for metal material testing with test loads below 100kN. It has multiple optional model structures, such as space models, up pull down dual space models, up pull down dual space models, etc. It can be equipped with environmental chambers and high-temperature furnaces for environmental testing.

1: Adopting a high-speed DSP platform, its high integration, powerful control, data processing capabilities, and high reliability are unmatched by testing machines using other processors.
2: A fully digital, three loop (force, deformation, displacement) control system based on neuron adaptive PID algorithm is adopted to achieve fully digital three loop control of force, deformation, and displacement. The control loops can be automatically switched between, and a smooth transition without impact can be achieved when switching between different modes.
3: It can control and maintain the rate of experimental force, deformation, displacement, etc.

10: Adopting microcomputer control throughout the entire testing process, real-time dynamic display of load values, displacement values, deformation values, testing speed, and testing curves.
11: Using a microcomputer for data processing and analysis, the experimental results can be automatically saved. After the experiment is completed, the experimental curve can be retrieved again, and the experimental process can be reproduced by traversing the curve, or curve comparison and amplification can be performed.
12: The experimental software on the Windows platform, which is entirely in Chinese, has strong data and graphics processing capabilities and can print complete experimental reports and curves in real time.
